Abstract:

Innovative model of Russian economy development, declared by the country’s government, first of all requires reorganizations of management systems and administration technologies. This mean usage of the new progressive methods of effective management organization at all levels. Growth of effectiveness of management of products and services production processes is connected with the need for transition from traditional functional approach on management to flexible, adaptive management models and mechanisms.
