Abstract:

The draws a conclusion that investment attractiveness of tourist and recreation complex (TRC) is formed by such factors as investment potential and investment risk. A set of economically important indices of investment potential and investment risk should be formed of such components as investment attractiveness of the region and investment attractiveness of core enterprises of TRC.
