Abstract:

The article finds out key stages of the program for attraction of residents in business-incubator for increasing the effectiveness of their activity. The author specifies the notion “busness-incubator” and gives classification of modern incubators. The article also focuses on the basic stages of development process of small and medium enterprises in business-incubator at technopark.
