Abstract:

Article considers issues of pension institutions transplantation in former USSR countries. Author mentions that, in the first instance, despite of attempts to effect parametric changes, there was no possibility to provide worthy level of pension provision in condition of economy downfall and ageing of population. Secondly, the great influence to pension model selection were asserted by international organizations. Thirdly, concept of reform had been changed during its implementation by model parameters variation and its structures.
