Abstract:

Modern paradigm of distribution development on industrial markets are based on marketing of relationships as foundation to establishment and development of efficient relations with partners and buyers. Article represents evolution of approaches, concepts, describing main characteristics of distribution activity. Specific differences of industrial markets from consumer goods markets are recognized. Mechanism of intercompany network cooperation in distribution is considered.
