Abstract:

The article touches upon the issues of introduction and use of the project approach in management system by modern companies. Preconditions for the introduction of project approach, benefits from the use of project approach in management and the main problems complicating the project approach introduction have been discussed.


Highlights:

► in a general sense innovations as the main development factor and lifestyle make companies introduce and develop project-oriented approach to management for creating a sizeable and sustainable competitive advantage
► nowadays large companies lose the most talented people, although they have all that is necessary to retain them
► the problem of most large companies lies not in the fact that they build-up strategic priorities on their own, but in the fact that these priorities remain unchanged for years, and the employees can do nothing about it
► the main priority of a successful company is search for new growth possibilities and their super-fast expansion in order to make the most of short periods of competitive advantages
