Abstract:

The article analyzes different ways of resolution of the housing problem by young residents of Primorsky Krai in the modern conditions. The imperfection of commercial mortgage for provision of housing for the youth employed in the public sector is detected. The assistance of local authorities through implementation of general federal and territorial target housing programs is described. Suggestions for improvement of existing state housing policy for provision of housing for the youth are made.

► resolution of the housing problem of the youth and young families is the important social task that requires immediate actions
► existing state programs for provision of the youth with housing do not solve the problem
► participation of the state in resolving the housing problem should be more active
