Abstract:

This article shows the analysis of existing mortgage lending conditions in the European Union. The author considered the conditions of the Construction Savings program implemented in the Czech Republic. The conclusion was made that different mortgage lending models need to be implemented in Russia; this will provide access to housing for large segments of the population.
