Abstract:

The article describes specific features of the housing construction market in Orenburg region and its functioning in the unbalanced financial situation. The housing construction market has been analyzed for the period of 2005-2013. The authors developed the key provisions for shaping strategic goals and tasks for the governmental housing policy with the purpose to overcome disproportions in the housing and housing construction markets.
