Abstract:

The article analyzes specific features of development and implementation of a business regulation program for the housing construction sphere. The volume of investments in the fixed capital and contractor works for the years of reforms in the construction industry was analyzed. Specific features of the modern governmental housing policy have been defined. The recommendations for development and implementation of the business regulation program for housing construction were formulated.
