Abstract:

The article presents the results of research of a pressing current problem consisting in the increase of the proportion of government involvement in Russian business. It is shown that government intervention in major organizations may be perceived by the market both positively and negatively, which, therefore, affects their value. The authors offered an approach that allows assigning a portion of a total change in the value, brought about by government intervention.
