Abstract:

The article reviews the models and their constituent mechanisms of public-private partnership for implementation of innovation activity. The concept of “public-private partnership in implementation of innovation activity” is formulated; the method for projecting the model of such partnership is developed. The main provisions of the concept of public-private partnership in implementation of innovation activity developed by the author are presented, as well as its advantages.

► PPP models that have been formed in the Russian practice provide for IA development in the country only to a small degree…
► modern scientific theories offer different definitions of PPP concept…
► the model of cooperation between higher educational institutions and industrial companies has been proven as the most effective one for implementation of PPP
► PPP mechanisms in the implementation of IA consist of certain characteristics and the values of these characteristics
► management mechanism can be considered as the way by which the management subject influences the management object
► the faceted classification allows combining PPP mechanisms, their characteristics and the values of these characteristics
► the instrumentarium consists of methods and procedures that are to provide for effective projecting of certain models of PPP in implementation of IA
