Abstract:

In the present publication the approach to actualization of methodological basis of the modern theory of innovative management is offered. As the result of the work two general scientific conclusions have been drawn: accepting the model of K.H. Oppenlender as a scientific principle of studying innovations and the interdisciplinary character of the theoretical basis of innovative process analysis.
