The article is dedicated to the algorithm of calculating the costs of measuring working-environment factors on the basis of the gradation of the utilization rate of the instrumental base. The examples of such calculations are also presented.

Highlights:

► unfortunately, prices in various price lists of firms engaged in special assessment of working conditions are speculative since not substantiated by any calculations
► analysis of the work costs showed that calculation of costs of the environment factors assessment is quite possible with certain assumptions that do not infringe upon interests of the customer and the contractor
► despite the inflation, the index value of the equipment is quite stable, and therefore it is possible to use the data from the price lists of the enterprises that produce equipment in large periods of time (quarter, half a year...)
