Abstract:

In the article the authors emphasize the need of economy in more flexible, adaptable business units. This new business model “a fractal” is characterized by selforganization, dynamics of cross-organizational structure, synergism of personnel professional competences, openness and entrepreneurial character of organizational structure. Fractals are entrepreneurial units acting anticipatingly, and distinguished by effective use of invisible corporate resources due to their combinatorial benefits.
