Abstract:

Modern Internet technologies have considerably changed the conditions of informational communications in economic life. This led to a number of transformations in institutional structure of society. This process excites high interest of economists and they interpret it in transformational models as one of the key tendencies of the modern society. The author considers peculiarities of network economy formation and also analyses possible models of network economic relations development in Russia.
