Abstract:

Small innovative business needs a special form of state support, which should include certain measures, such as favorable taxation, perfection of legal mechanism, expansion of rights of credit organizations in the sphere of financing, liberalization of loaning procedures, rendering of informational and consultative services and creation of corresponding infrastructure. The most important mean of innovative activity stimulation are tax privileges.
