Abstract:

Our country lacks advanced and effectively functioning market mechanism for innovative products commercialization is connected with underdevelopment of innovative infrastructure and with absence of instruments of cooperative ties between all participants of innovative activity. The paper offers conception of innovative products exchange – special subject of innovative infrastructure as new form of science and technical information exchange, which embodies openness, legality and controllability of innovative activity.
