Abstract:

E-auction development issue as an instrument of purchases for state needs Open e-auction is one of the most popular forms for placing orders. Great hopes are laid on the development of the system of order placing in connection with the paragraph 3.1 of Federal law dated 21.07.2005 № 94-FL. Such form of trade in spite of a number of advantages has certainly some disadvantages. But it is still the most transparent and available of all forms of purchases provided by the modern legislation.
