Abstract:

Under reformation of educational activity the most attention is paid to the development of private educational sector, which requires revision of the management system in it. Private institute is a structural part of social and economical system of the state and at the same time is itself the social and economical system, in with the interaction and correlation of the elements and processes is implemented within the network of separate sub-systems of higher education, which produce social and economic products and services.
