Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the peculiarities of career choices of young specialists in connection with the existing economic tendencies and innovations development. The authors analyze the changes in the attraction and distribution of labor resources predetermined by the employers. The aim of this article is to find objective statistic relations between various factors depicting the career path and personality of young professionals, and to prepare practical recommendations for young specialists concerning career choice and for the employers concerning the choise of the employees from these young specialists. The authors conclude that the efficiency of attracting and distributing labor resources is determined by taking into account global economic factors, tendencies and innovations, as well as by limitations of the existing career trajectories. This research will be useful to the economists working on the issues of increasing the efficiency of attraction and distribution of labor resources in the domestic and global labor markets, to the employers interested in attracting and retaining skilled and motivated young professionals, and, finally, to young professionals themselves that choose and form their career trajectories.
