Abstract:
In the last decades, greater attention is paid to the problem of life quality of population and, in particular, human well-being. When researching this matter, a concept of subjective economic well-being reflecting has appeared, which reflects the interrelation of financial security and psychological satisfaction. Thus, the basis of financial welfare of a person is constituted by his income level, in particular a salary. The basis of this research is an assumption that the influence of salary level on satisfaction is indirect, and is based on compliance to some criteria of subjective evaluation. According to this assumption, a model of salary formation with relation to satisfaction of worker' subjective claims has been created.
