The authors discuss preconditions of the determination of the costs of an investment-and-construction project purchase by an outside investor and entry therein at various implementation stages. The article contains an analysis of the distribution of revenue resulting from a construction project implementation between the participants. Based on this analysis, the authors have elaborated the proposed model. The cost analysis of disposition of investment and construction projects in Moscow region has been performed. The research results may be of interest to the development companies, banks’ investment divisions and also to governmental bodies at agreeing terms and conditions of the participation in the construction projects and their implementation.
