Abstract:

The article deals with the regional problems of residential construction and also the present condition of the domestic construction industry in general. The condition of the residential construction in the regions has been assessed with the help of aggregates calculated by the method of Principal Component Analysis, using the 2000-2013 data. In addition, the author discusses the main problems hindering the entrepreneurial activities in the construction business.
