Abstract:

The article is dedicated to studying of public-private partnership in the domestic and foreign high-tech industries. The authors describe the game-theory model of cooperation between a state customer and private companies, therein partners (the state and private partners), on the one hand, have noncontradictory interests and, on the other hand, are not equal in rights.
