In the conditions of market turbulence and transformation of the approaches to trade policy forming, the problem of formation and further development of the integration capacity of trade organizations is the key one for both governmental authorities and trade organizations. The author determines the main features of the trade integration potential and provides the analysis of factors that directly affect the integration potential growth. Threats that can be encountered by the top-managers of trade organizations under conditions of the increasing integration potential of the trade industry are identified.
