Abstract:

The article describes the children's village for orphans, built in Russia and abroad. It proposes a plan of building a village in the Republic of Tatarstan and its performance features. The concept can serve the basis for the integrated development of rural areas and addressing the issue of education of orphans. The results will be useful for rural municipalities that are interested in addressing social issues and employment of population
