Abstract:

Creation of comfortable living conditions for the majority of citizens is an important task for real estate market players. At the same time, priority categories miss the older generation which requires social services in addition to acceptable living conditions. In this article, we reveal the spirit and the social and cultural basis for building the settlements for the older generation. The findings will be useful for local governments and development institutions engaged in selection of investment projects for financing.
