Abstract:

Formation of clusters is aimed at increasing the synergies of merger of various institutes in one chain. Formation of economic cluster in the construction industry may be considered as the launch of construction scientific and educational cluster in the Republic of Tatarstan. The study of cluster development presented in the article reveals the specifics of this subject area. The information will be useful for those who are interested in clusters as a tool for the development of a region.
