High indices of the economic effectiveness make the sector of the Russian commercial complex market especially attractive for investors. However, there are some unsolved issues the main of which is absence of the adopted standardization system, vagueness of terminologies and categories. The article represents results of the multiobjective analysis of the Russian and foreign experience in the field of commercial real estate standardization within the section of shopping malls. Some recommendations concerning implementation of existing and development of a new system are suggested. Conclusions drawn are aimed for simplification of decision-making during selection of the investment into commercial real estate objects.
