Abstract:

The objective determination of the market price of land plots has one priority value within the scope of the urban area development. The author has suggested the universal evaluation methods that allow to determine optimal methodologies, taking into account the factors that complicate the evaluation procedure. Conclusions formed may be applied in the evaluation activity and more adequately reflect the price of land plots in modern cities.
