Under current conditions, issues related to the further effective development of the house construction and increasing of competitiveness of the investment and building complex companies become more important. The article has studied possible ways for increasing of  effectiveness of investors' and developers' activity at implementation of investment projects in the house development due to creation of the project-oriented management structure. Results of the research shall be useful for developers and management companies.
