The article has studied the North American construction technology, transfer to which will be beneficial for solution of the price issue in the development of the high-rise construction industry. The conclusion has been made that for the social construction, in order to achieve the prices that are affordable for low-income citizens, additional measures are essential that will ensure the increase in the price affordability of houses. Provisions represented shall be interesting for professional players in the low-rise housing construction market.
