Abstract:

The article shows characteristic features of housing development and dynamics of main indicators hereof. Upon results of the research conducted, interrelation between results of  the investment and building activity and its main constituent elements has been discovered. Results obtained may be useful for developing of the development strategy for the industrial and building complex.
