Abstract:
The article is dedicated to the mass-scale financial disproportions of the domestic economy that have formed in the recent 20 years. These disproportions manifest themselves in the decrease of the share of means justified by actual labor expenditure and natural resources cost and the increase of those not justified. The basic characteristic of such disproportions is financial speculative surcharge which is the main factor restraining the country’s economic development.
