The article is dedicated to the main parameters of medium-term planning. If the medium-term planning parameters are considered as the function of the enterprise’s parameters, it becomes possible to determine the variables used in this function. In such a way, the material of this article can be useful for top-managers and also for the professionals responsible for project planning, procurement, sales, production, finances and also for the information systems management. The material can also be used by researchers for the verification of processes and creation of mathematical models. These parameters can be additionally formalized and included in the economic and mathematical models.
