Abstract:
The article reviews various structural and contextual systems of company management both in general and in the special case – a construction company. This research is carried out in the scientific and theoretical and applied aspects. The key moments are the moment of identification, description and determination of the objective interrelation between the components of management as the targeted action, as well as validation and development of the model for effective management of construction companies.
