Abstract:

In order to decrease the rate of industrial injuries and accidents, each company should plan and finance labor protection measures. Employment legislation provides for annual activities for improving labor conditions and safety and for decreasing the professional risk level. The Ministry of Labor has developed the measures that are subject to compulsory implementation. The implementation of labor protection measures will allow employers to increase the economic effectiveness of production and competitiveness of their companies.
