The second part published in the next issue of the journal includes the analysis of answers to questions concerning happiness in business, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) of the small and medium business, business ethics and innovations. Here we give the analysis of small and medium businessmen’s answers to the questions concerning the relationships of business and the state in Russia. Moreover, during the survey valuable data for development of the resource-oriented business approach were collected. The study allowed revealing the main difficulties of doing business in Russia.
