In this article, we continue to familiarize the readers with the results of a survey of Russian small and medium-sized entrepreneurs conducted in 2014. The first part of the study describing its methods and providing literature review and the respondents’ answers to the first four questions of the questionnaire was published in the Russian Journal of Entrepreneurship, issue No. 15 (vol. 16) as of August 2015.The survey of entrepreneurs revealed high satisfaction of the respondents in their profession, and what brings them joy in the business, despite the difficult economic conditions of doing business in Russia. The authors analyzed social responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises, specified the most affluent stake holders of enterprises and clarified the attitude of entrepreneurs to their competitors. The study allowed clarifying the practical aspects of morality of business in Russia. The article also discusses the nature and features of innovation in modern entrepreneurship and discloses business planning issues.
