Abstract:

The paper describes the specifics of the state support in the EU and the USA for the formation of entrepreneurial potential of the population. Based on data from the leading international periodicals (The Times, The Sunday Times, The New York Times), as well as the Internet resources on foreign entrepreneurship, the author identified the key trends shaping the support for small enterprises in the UK, Germany, Ireland, France, and the United States.
