Abstract:
This work discusses the following tasks: firstly, the necessity of assessment of the laws and regulations that regulate the relationships in the fuel-power sector; secondly, the definition of the directions for the industrial policy aimed at improving the current situation in the industry. The article analyzes these reforms and reviews some directions of the activity in the sphere of regulation of the relations between power industry companies.
