In the article we are talking about a method of liquidation value as a mechanism of business valuation. In practice, this method is not common and is rather an exception. However, there are situations where this method provides the only correct result. The article reveals the basic principles and steps of the method of liquidation value, and criteria of election of liquidation type which would make maximum value of the business.
