Abstract:

In this article, the authors have described the problems in the motivation system of a certain company. In order to establish the causes of problems, a research of the organisational structure has been performed, company personnel has been interviewed, and a social poll has been conducted among customers. Having analyzed the research results, the authors revealed the main causes of the motivation problems and suggested recommendations for changing the motivation system.
