Abstract:

The article dwells upon the issues of evaluating the efficiency of entrepreneurial structures, their meaning not only for companies, but also for the society and the state. The analysis of the existing methods for the efficiency evaluation, their advantages and disadvantages has been performed. The main principles of evaluating the efficiency of entrepreneurial structures are formulated, including interrelation with the life cycle theory.
