Abstract:

The article describes different development stages of the housing state policy and determines the role played by the relations between the state and the market in the development of the systems of the Chinese provision of housing. Main problems impeding the reform of the housing system and methods of solving such problems are analysed, also the author discusses the prospects of the systems of the provision of housing in China.
