Abstract:

Realisation of concessionary agreements is a relevant direction for the implementation of large infrastructural projects within the framework of improving the regional investment policy. The article describes the existing foreign and domestic experience of application of these schemes in the investment policy with the aim of the possible application of this experience under present conditions.
