Abstract:

The paper researches peculiarities of innovative strategies formation in small oil companies, gives different schemes of organization of this process, identifies their advantages and disadvantages. Today organizational structure of any enterprise should correspond to the full extent to the company’s innovative way of development, which formalize itself in innovative strategy components.
