Abstract:

Economic connections between trade and production in the field of creation of untrammeled channels of goods promotion are a significant effectiveness factor of economics in any economic systems. The decisive point in this interaction is who owns the market power on the market. In the developed countries with the market economy, with the increase of capital concentration in trade, a shift of the power from producers to trade is observed. In Russia, in the conditions of centrally planned economy, the effectiveness of the impact of trade on enterprises producing consumer goods was extremely low, among other things, because of underestimating the requirements of economic laws in management practice. With the change of the economic system, market factors regulating the relations of trade and production and increasing the possibilities of trade organizations in the part of the impact on producers begin to function in the channels of goods realization. The purpose of this research constitutes the study of factors acting in the system of relations between the trade and production sectors in the channels of realization of goods with the integration processes in trade taken into account, and the definition of undesirable methods of consumer market regulation as not corresponding to the market relations.
