Abstract:

The article analyzes all-Russian (federal) milk market and also the milk market of the Chelyabinsk region (regional, local) (evidence from the city of Magnitogorsk). The analysis object is the activities of milk producing enterprises, the amount of market shares of such enterprises and their target segments.
